Power steering/ac belt tension

Currently on my 3rd belt in 10k replaced the tension pulley old one however was fine.

I'm still getting chirping from both the AC when comp kicks on and from the power steering pump when I put a quick load on it. Belt is pretty tight not sure HOW tight it should be.

Went from a 1060mm to 1080 to increase belt wrap but hasn't helped.

Have you had the power steering pump and or PS bracket off the engine?
Its a stupid design as the bracket only mounts to the engine in one plane so it is easy to get misaligned chuck a ruler across the faces of the pulleys and see if they are in line or not. As thats often the reaso ln they biff belts off
