Hi guys,

Just wondering if there will be an issue using a 10 row oil cooler ( http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/350598257144) for the power steering? The pipes will be facing down, so I'm not sure if there is enough pressure to push it through/up? Any input is great

Shouldn't be a problem pushing through it, might be a bit overkill though, how/where are you planning to mount it?

Our coolers use 3/8 hose, might be easier to just find a cooler with built in 3/8" barbs rather than dealing with AN-10 fittings unnecessarily.

I was thinking of mounting behind the grille (horizontally). I wasn't sure what size to look for, but the row is pretty cheap

Is cheap, but make sure you price the fittings you need as they can be annoyingly expensive.

As for the type of cooler, most people get the ones that have the zip-like ties and mount to the radiator itself.

I have a small 2-row one for power steering on my car, but I cooked my pump recently at a skid pan.

I would recommend one like this trans cooler (like which I will be upgrading to shortly)

Thanks man, I'll keep an eye out for one, that one is for bidding, so don't want to get into a bidding war with you, haha
