Won't fit without modifications & price won't go up.

Wat sorta mods u reckon itll need surely it isnt that disimiliar? And price wont go up???

If you look at the JDM cars (ours), you'll see that the bottom of the light is flat. It seems the USDM cars have a curved indent in the bumper to allow for a curve at the bottom of the light. However, the lights linked to above look to be flat on the bottom, so I'm wondering if they're JDM lights imported from japan?

Lol still debating....depends on postage i guess but while the US dollar is below 90cents ill wait till it comes back up i think

the USDM headlights (even the Ebay Projector ones) are alot shorter than the world spec & JDM..

differences are...

USDM - 1 Reflector.. meaning low & hi beams are in 1 reflector/bulb
World Spec / JDM - 2 Reflectors.. low and high beams are separate..

so the USDM is alot narrow than ours.. and the USDM grills are longer..

so if you'll go ahead with this project, you'll have to consider the following..

1. Headlights with matching grill (as said above, USDM headlights are narrower)
2. you'll need to do some mod on your L & R fenders, from what I remember the USDM headlights are a little more sharper when it comes around the turn indicators
3. Radiator support, not sure if it'll fit, but I remember seeing the USDM guys changing/hacking their radiator support to fit the JDM headlights & grills..
4. the cut-off lines on the Ebay Projectors are made for LHD cars (or RHD - I get confused with this).. meaning they drive on the other side of the road if compared to ours..

so there you go... that's about $500 on top of the projector headlights you like to try out..

.............................................................:crying:

I know how you feel.. why not just buy a projector and retrofit it yourself?

Cause its too much stuffing around and if i stuff it im without a headlight, ive though about buying a second set of lights to do it but too much of a mission IMO

That was my thoughts. Thats why when I find nothing else I want, I'll look into buying the ones from depoautolights. My headlights work fine for now so I'll leave it till later.

Mine work fine too and im sure they will work perfectly fine for the length of time I own the vehicle but i want something that looks alot better but not only just that, something that puts a better light out there than the standard ones. Sure you can change the globes over but its just not the same

Awww those depoautolights dual halo's are effing sweet! If I had five hunjey to blow on lights I would totally do it, they would look menacing.

haha yeah man yellow licker material for sure :( only the colored ones though

If I have spare cash after coilys/FMIC I may consider those dual halo's before new wheels! D:
