Puddle of coolant on top and below sump - water pump?

Just noticed a big coolant puddle under the front right wheel.
When I look from above, there is coolant on the to edge of the sump, and plenty of coolant on the ground under the sump.
I am gessing the water pump has died?

Not sure if this is relevant, but I swapped the radiator and flushed the coolant system about 2 months ago. There have been no leaks at all, so this is a bit out of the blue.
The water pump is about 30,000kms / 5 years old.

I checked that, not a drop from it. It aims close to one of the mounts.
When I opened the bonnet, I was really hoping it was coming from the overflow! No such luck.

Just jacked the car up and had a look (best view was through one of the wheel spoke gaps). It leaked from directly above the sump.

Directly above the sump sounds like water pump. What did you flush the system with, what type/colour of coolant did you use, and did you add anything to the coolant?

Flushed the system with a Nulon Flush and garden hose as per recommendations on here.
Coolant used was Nulon green concentrate, mixed with filtered water.

Sounds legit. Could just be a coincidence the pump has gone. Time to get your hands dirty and find the source, which probably means removing the top two timing covers.

Yeah. I'll be getting Jon @ Driven to do this.
Way out of my league. Hoping its just a hose or something that has come loose.

yeah unfortunately it was the pump.
So did the timing belt at the same time along with a few other things.
