True dat! I had a great time - I'm determined to get all the way up that Tamborine road without traffic one night...

It was great fun cruising the motorway with 4/5 VR4s, my trip clock was 230km when I got home lol.
By next time, Mike's car will sound like that Evo3 so it will be even more fun

Thanks to everyone for coming out at short notice - I'll get onto organising a dyno day for mid-late Jan.

Gang,

our car is finally back on the road again. Fingers crossed it should be all good now. The Front Diff and Transfer case look like new. Picked her up yesterday morning but wasn't ready to take her to far until I'm happy that the problems are all sorted. Did notice a small amount of smoke coming from underneath when I got home and a smell of burning transmission fluid. But I figure that it must have been what was left over from the spray onto the exhaust. Jacked the car up this morning and cleaned down the exhaust and then started her up. Let her run for 5 or so minutes, until normal running temp had been reached. Turned it off and didn't notice any smell or smoke. So hopefully whatever had been built up has now been burnt off. Baring any unforeseen issues we should be good to go.

Noticed that some of you guys are having clutch issues suggest that you all go to Neil Lowe Motorsport and get them to do it. At least he knows what he's doing not like the f*cken butcher who caused me all my problems.

Hey guys. Yes it was a good night. I enjoyed it a lot. I am trying to download the photos and post them up, but the kis will not leave me alone, so I will have to do it later.

It was good to give the car a little blast to get rid of the cobwebs. Hopefully I get time to install the "mods" before the next meet.
