re-LEDing climate control

Has anyone re-LED there climate control lights (replace old ones) ??


Is it possible because mine are semi bright, but just look tired...

There, alternatively you could just buy ones that will replace the ones in there from ebay.

i did mine not that long ago. i bought some leds from ebay from a user called p0o0ohbear (lol) he sells them in set of 4 so i got 2xt4 in blue and 2xt5 in white. i had to modify the white ones slightly to get them to fit. they look good nice and blue even with the white leds.

Sweet.. I had a look at my LED eBay guy and it's "po0o0obear" as well (that's hard to spell on an iPhone )....lookn forward to it...

well here you go, sorry they aren't that great but i think you will get the idea.

just make sure that you get 2 X t4 size an 2 X t5 size, i bought the wrong ones to start off with so i had to buy a second set

i had to sand down the tops of the leds for the temp display to try and disperse the light a bit better and also the sides as they are just a little to big to fit in the mounting holes. it only took like 5 minutes to do so its not that big a deal.
