Replacing the clutch

Appreciate your efforts with letting us know about the right Exedy clutch to use Carlos, yep going with the MBK7223HD, Colin from ABS Kewdale is shipping it here from over east, Tuesday. Originally suppose to go by Airmail arriving yesterday (thursday) but due to miscommunication its going by humble road train arriving next Tuesday.

That's great info. Unfortunately my clutch was installed long before this info came about

It has been sorted out now, however. It looks like someone previously had installed a flywheel spacer, once it was removed there was enough room so no more fouling against the gearbox casing.

I certainly wouldn't recommend the kit I have to someone now though, I just had to work with what I had as I needed the car back on the road

I got my clutch through ABS in Adelaide. I went with the Exedy MBK-7223HD (Magna Kit). It cost $735 supplied (this was the best price from the 3 exedy suppliers in Adelaide).
