Seeking advice on checkup list since engine coming out anyways.

What i have ordered and planning so far
Water Pump ADC49134
Timing Belt Set
Rocker / Tappet RIDEX 1216R0045 X 24
Denso VK22 sparkys X6
Shaft Seal, manual transmission OEN MD707575 X1
Shaft Seal, differential OEN MD755552 X 1
Gasket Set, Cylinder Head Cover OEN MD174560 X2
intake gaskets
insulator fuelinjector MD087060 06
Replacing alternator main cable(possibly toss in the better alternator if it works)
Replacing damaged starter cable as well.
Also pondering since i have 2 sets of original ignition coils for it,
if they be suitable for COP if id seal up the then 3 "extra" sparkplug cable holes.

Might be a struggle fitting the OEM coil packs under the intake plenum.
Also the tube lengths are different between the two heads.
