Serviving your legnum/galant

hey all, i was just wondering what is needed to service our legnums/galants parts wise like oil filters types of oil, coolant, spark plugs and all the rest that goes with it. i found some things in in the threads but i thought that maybe it would be a good idea to have a minor service thread on here unless there is already one. because i use to service my commodores and my pug but im not sure if there is a difference with our cars or if there are any item specific parts that i need. cheers

with the transmission oil is it the same oil for the autos, and what is wrong with pod filters i am still debating on which to have
