Car tow's the trailer pretty well, it weighs at something a bit over 1000kgs, just got to go easy on the clutch so i don't burn it out but fuel economy sucks 190kms out of 40l so far

Nose lift yes, but i not scraping the front on the drive way anymore, but now the back, i can't win, haha. Get a few weird looks tho, sports car towing a house sized trailer but fuel economy is shocking couldn't keep up with that and the simple wear and tear that it will put on the vehicle.

Ute isn't off the cards as yet but fingers crossed that i may be getting a work vehicle off my new boss, as he mentioned something last week about getting more work cars and he's stocked with how i'm going so maybe able to keep the leggie and find somewhere to store it during the week. here's hoping...

Just outright ask him if you will get one, if he says no then ask if you can put a bit of money into it? $50 a week or something will be cheaper for you for than maintaining and fuelling the VR-4

There's leaf spring suspension for a reason! Hope that gets sorted soon... I know what mine looks like when it's slammed, with four adults in the car full of gear heading home from Mildura (at Ouyen, for this pic stopping for passenger-beers!)
