spot lights on s2 galant in bumper

sorry but hope i am in the right place? just wan2 find out how 2 make the bumper lights on my 02 galant come on not just the inside ones, spot lights 0nly 2 coming on instead of 4 put globes in but still not working:cursing: do they unplug the outer ones and why??? thanks again guys

the outer are just side lights,
only come on when your indicating, and light up only in the direction you indicate

You can connect the outer ones in parrallel with the inner ones so you have all of the lights on when you flick the fogs on.
