Good to still see a few of these cars getting around Perth, the only other Legnum i see regularly see with no knowledge of who it is is a white PFL with an aftermarket front bar and white oz racing style rims. Parks near Southlands Nandos...

Light(ish) Blue PFL Legnum spotted on Westminster Rd in Leeming while on the way to the in-laws place round 10:30 - 11:00am Saturday morning parked on the sidewalk.
I say light(ish) blue PFL, could be faded, could be FL, was too busy dealing with children in the back seat

Spotted a white Legnum on South St heading westbound just at the Bannister Rd intersection, Evo 5/6 style front bar and I'm very sure the plate was "VR4-WRC", could have been "WRC-VR4", gave a thumbs up (was driving my silver loaner Tiida as the Galant is on jack stands...)

Spotted at about 1:30pm today, a black Galant on South St/Kwinana Fwy bridge heading towards Canning Vale. Might have had "F" series slimline plate as i saw it as a neck-snap reaction.
