So ive been slowly working through all the dumb crap previous owners have done, and ive found what is so far the gem of the bunch. The connector (b68 in the diagram) for the rear bank injectors was broken around the pin for injector 1, so instead of fixing this, they decided it would be a much cooler idea to bypass that completely and slave injector 1 onto injector 2's wiring like so. Now im not the greatest at wiring, but does this mean that instead of firing when it should, injector 1 has been firing at the same time as injector 2? I havent noticed any dramatic changes since rectifying this, and im mainly just curious as to why this was done and what if any damage it could have done.

Lol. If they'd matched the injectors by the coil pack ignition leads I'd assume you could have wasted fuel injection as well as wasted spark?

If it had damaged anything you'd have an injector not working. You'd be hard pressed to notice the difference from before to after though.
If all 6 had been put to one output you'd notice the difference!
