nope, i just have to watch myself with safeway underground speed bumps. sits at around 80mm off the ground at the cats. + i have it wound up a bit at the moment so its not sitting like this. belive it or not, im 27 and not a holden bogan.

Is it just me or does that have at least 2 too many cylinders?

Nice car mate, and yeah as Dawso said, that is one low Commodore. Do the rocker covers come standard colour coded?

nah it comes with a crappy ninja turtle style cover, i bought these SS onces and had them 2-pac'd up at the local smash repairs.

nice suspension mods. vary rarely see a commo with coilovers, or even a commo owner who knows that they are.

now please be one of the first people in australia, and get some fitment happening on a commo lol.

btw do all vic plates come in that funny font?

You have a higher IQ than the collective of Holden drivers worldwide lol :(

Guess thats why you're going to get into a VR4 eventually :D

a commo with teins ? thats rare! +1 for that!

Nice, clean ride mate.

looks nice, good choice on teins

+1 for steve's comment,
some nice staggered euro style wheels for beemers would set it off

Teins and coil overs on a commodore aren't as rare as you think. The majority of owners on LS1.com.au have this, I think its more to the point that some of you are a bit naive when it comes to holdens or anything other than japanese cars.

I really like those, I've got the same engine+box+diff at home in a 2002 Monaro. Nice combo although the gearshift throw is so bloody long!

Pity about the colour :P

Really nice car mate, the power's quite impressive and i'm lovin how tidy the colour coded engine bay is. Although i gotta say the "SU8TLE" plates don't really work too well with this green beast, it's not really very inconspicuous. :P

It looks great dude, I've actually always liked the VY and VZ SS Commodores, I would own a V8 Holden happily :) But there are other cars I tend to lean more towards instead (within the budget of a V8 Commodore)..

I love the V8 roar, and the style and colour looks great :)

Nice car dude!

And I like the "SUBTLE" plates, it's like calling a big guy tiny haha..

well the days of me owning the SS are nearly at an end, its for sale on 5 diff car forums and on car sales, once i get the price i want... its leggy time! thought id put this up but, fitted this not long ago so its kinda a shame i wont get to enjoy it long. sureflo exhaust single 3.5" exhaust with twin 3" tips.

oh well, it will be missed. but new toys are coming :)

mmmm sounds good!

just cements my idea of buyin a s13 and putting a ls3 into it

No, bad Paul!

A VH41DE/VH41DETT maybe but not an LS3. Thats a very bad Paul!

The Commo did sound pretty decent there, would have thought 3" was too big for a naturally aspirated car though.
