These may or may not be useful as I can't tell what they are. But by the looks of it they're reports after a wheel alignment or something. I found them in with the Japanese log books of my car.

Wheel alignment specs

Top measurement is camber, middle is castor, lower is toe, bottom page is before wheel alignment with red highlighting out of spec, top page is after alignmnet with green measurements within spec
