Looks like a stock vr4 wheel with grip cover ontop.

Cruise or audio added in. Looks like a pfl vr4 based on the door trim. It is a nardi vr4 steering wheel with a cover.

Yeah just a standard Nardi wheel with a grippy cover on - the wheel was flaking like crazy and I got sick of having black hands after every drive. Previous owner decided to fit an aftermarket(?) cruise control system that never works. There's a module and light near the coin holder on the driver's side. The light lights up, but the cruise control has never worked in the time I've had it. CBF figuring out why haha.

Says "Rules for Passengers:
1. No screaming or crying.
2. No touching buttons or levers.
3. Hold on."
