Tinted Headlight

fellas. just wondering what your opinions are with tinted headlights...

I know there are some blue or yellow tinted headlights lens for the skylines.. I saw a set on a
here's an example..

if it was available would you guys get a set?

Hmm I don't think blue headlight tint will really suit your Green, Chris

But if you want to try it out, buy some tint film for headlights here.
It's easy to install, and it comes with helpful instructions and online videos if you get stuck.
I've ordered from them before, and shipping took just over a week.

I dont mind the look of some of these but depends on the car and colour. I too am unsure of the legality, but having said that, we in Qld are lucky as i dont think the Qld authorities are as "strict" as some other states.

Nah black tinting is the only one i'd accept. Although,it just seems like wank factor, there's no real upgraded performance from tinting your lights.

Not a real upgrade no, but looks wise I thought it made the front look more aggresive, especially on a white car

I don't go much on the other colours though. Kombi's should be the only vehicles allowed to have rainbow colours on them lol

I like the black, undecided about other colours though, too "modern" perhaps. Oh and you should do your fogs as well.

Dawso, you need to do the fogs as well..

What if you put 12000k HID bulbs in with the tinted headlight. Get that Tinted Purple look. That might look good on the Trigger Mauve cars...

There's an S14 drift car in Japan with blue ones and it looks insane, but it only works on fairly extreme looking cars. Would fail on a VR4.

I would worry more about the size of that front number plate than tinting the headlights...

black on a black car , such as mine, would look good , but ffs get it right first time else if it bubbled or creased it would look shite!

hopw they legal in uk , or even better no rules that state anything about headlight tints
