My old list from 2007 was:

McLaren F1 Long Tail with the LM engine and gear ratios

Z-tune R34 GT-R
Eleanor
Mucielargo LP640
Mercedes SL65 AMG
BMW 850CSi
My Legnum VR-4
Audi RS6+ Avant
Bugatti EB110 SS
1969 Corvette 454ci

5 of those are now off the list due to various reasons, so we are left with 5.

McLaren F1 Long Tail with the LM engine and gear ratios

in Black
Z-tune R34 GT-R in Bayside Blue
Mucielargo LP670-4 (updated)
BMW 850CSi or Alpina B12 (I own an 850CSi but a B12 coupe with the 6.0 engine would be fine by me!) Mine is in Daytona Violet and if it was an Alpina it would be Alpina Blue.
My Legnum VR-4 (with another $100k spent) Still in Trigger Mauve :D

New 5:

NSX Type-R (2002 version) in Black
XJ220 in Silver
EVO 6.5 TME in Red with all the stickers
Holden Coupe 60 in Poison Ivy Green
Ferrari 599 GTO

There are a lot of other cars that very nearly make the cut too. An RX7 with a 20B is a nice idea, but then so is the Bentley Brooklands, Aston Rapide, Porsche 959, EVO 9, EVO X, 1999 Mitsi GTO, Jag XJS V12 6.0L, but I just can't choose between any of them. Hmm, might need to make it a 20 car garage.

Uhh oh, I found these pics: http://www.goo-net.com/catalog/HONDA/NSX/2003621/index.html

Need to go and lie down :D

I won't bother putting it in order:

Late model NSX-R
Ford Sierra RS500 (The ex DJR car that my mate found in the corner of a shed...)
S13 Odyvia Convertible
My Silvia
R34 Z-Tune
Late model V12 Toyota Century. Maybe with the twin GT2540 setup from the Top Secret Supra for lols.
Late model Nissan Elgrand. White with a huge kit and bags. And a supercharger.
VIP Nissan Cima. With the factory option passenger seat recliner.
Nissan R390 GT1 road car (how this could not be on an import lover's list is beyond me)
And I guess an R35. As long as I can have a $100,000 maintenance budget.

in no particular order

my galant
odyvia (hardtop)

murcielago
6g75 powered mirage
j complete jag
67 shelby mustang

r390 would be a nice addition though. to be honest i struggled to fill the list. there is a lot of cars i like, but to pick the only 10 i could hav was a challenge

tim, vip fan a little bit hey?

Ford Escort panelvan but modernised with maybe an ST170 or something like that engine - Just cool
Lamborghini Diablo 4wd VT - ultra cool
Lamborghini Murcielago SV but it with some turbos or something to make it scarier
Toyota Hilux Dual Cab Turbo Diesel lifted and big tyres, bullbar etc - need a ute and a 4wd
There should be a porsche too, I'll have whatever the latest GT2RS is
