Short notice from me but it's all available on the websites;

This Thursday 2nd April Time Attack at QR. Go here for details http://www.timeattack.com.au/

I'm going first part of the day, so it'll be sprint track for the most part then national circuit for the last hour of the morning session.
2nd part of day is the Time Attack Project Mu series.

ALso Sunday at Lakeside 5th April Spirnts. I think this is more serious racecars but i don't care, i'm going anyway...as long as the car comes in under the db limit for the track which I'm getting measured on Thursday at QR. This service is free of charge.

Don't expect to see any of you there, you're all too scared to drive the Leggy on the track anyway

not true,i realy want to take my car to the track real soon, since its been off the road for 2 months its realy got me thinking, though i have no idea how to find out when events are on im just sitting and waiting for someone to post a thread like this.

lakeside is a lot closer to me though plus my car should be quiet enough to race there

hmm i have a great setup for track use but have never had the car on one :P how much does it cost, and the 'project mu' series.. whats that all about? i have rotors n pads of the brand if theres some kind of requirement haha :P

James, come along mate, get it back on the road and have some fun.

Josh, it's all on the website, for slack maggots that don't want to look, it's sponsroed by them, certain prizes and dicsounts and stuff.
$140 for time attack 1/2 day. Yes its more than QR but much less people and easily double the time on track.

I'll be in the violet coloured Sil80, come and say hi, and tell me from OZVR4 otherwise i'll think you're from nissansilvia he he ;)

I'm going out but the legnums not ready yet so taking my GF skyline

So you didn't make it, or were slack and didn't say hello- did the rain scare you off:ROFLMAO:

Well yes it was very wet, yes i stil went and beat everyone there in the moring session with ease. I don't know what the AWD guys were doing but they were pretty darn slow:ROFLMAO:
Closest to my little RWD hack was an EVO and and strangely enough a really old BMW 318i. They were both around 3.5 seconds behind me last time i checked the times.
The 2 32GTR's and 33GTR were nowhere, even though in know they do respectable times in the dry.

There was a guy in a silver WRX that just kept spinning out, it was funny to watch intially then very frustrating as he just kept doing it and doing it and doing it:confused:

Pity none of you guys came out, missed a great opportunity to drive the Leggy in the wet and get used to the AYC doing it's thing.

I went out in the afternoon session and it was raining very hard. Managed to come 2nd in the forced induction class in my GFs R33 GTSt. She just bought it off Ebay from Melbourne for $4k. All I did to prepare it was fit 5 splitfire coil packs(Didnt have 6 lol), and put a new radiator cap on. It came with new 18" wheels and nexen tyres and it handled great in the wet which supprised me. Kinda hard to explain how funny it was passing the guys in their R34s, Series 8s Rx7, and AWD Subies.

A gold 350z hit the tyre wall and the other blue race 350z went off a few times and lost the front and rear bar

Keen to try my legnum next time. I should have the Brembo rear / R33 front brake upgeade finished

Did you have any understeer problems in the Legnum? (Just saw you said you where driving in a SLI80) I wonder if we can get them set up to oversteer a bit for track
