Type V or Type S?

Random question: Can anyone tell if this is the Type V or S from looking at the pics?

I think it's an S but the only way I know how to tell is to look for the AYC lights in the cluster (just out of frame) and the cluster is not the hi-vis cluster either...

Also, has anyone had any dealings with Nagoya? Good? Bad? Indifferent?
I just don't wanna waste a day driving down there for no good and having to try and deal with the stereotypical sleazy/slimy yard salesman.

Yep, the boring dash automatically means no AYC. However note that from May 2000 the Type V's had the hivis dash but still no AYC.
