hey im new to the car industrie and have purchased a legnum for my first car, until i have enough coin for a gfb adjustable from the cabin bov i am wondering if i can unplugg the plum back hose and plug it so air isnt geting sucked in to the snail and just let the presser blow off into the atmosphere, i already did it for a run and it was delightful the noises were magic but the car was running realy rufff and was not at the right idle so i plugged it back on, im also sure that the car was boosting much higher pressure so i gave it a miss untill i get some feedback so i now what is going on and if its good to do it or not and the what the consequences are if there is.

so if any one can give me the lowdown on the situation that would be gold
cheers hugo.

Save your "coin" and keep the stock one until it leaks. You will be wasting money especially if you have an auto as you barely hear the thing.

What do you mean by "i think the car was boosting much higher pressure"?

Dont vent the stocky to atmosphere, its way too soft to be vta, im surprised it isnt stalling when it releases tbh. And i agree there are better things to spend your money on than a bov, dont work well with our cars.

what i mean is when i unplugged the pipe it was boosting higher as i would say in sted of stock psi it was higher. and the car is a manual.

thanks for the feedback
