valve stem seal part number pfl legnum please

Hi all does any have the valve stem seal part number for pfl legnum, also are these very hard to change? what special tool is required?

I was gonna get it done on my leggie, supposedly around 6-8 hours work? Got quoted $400.

According to ASA, part numbers were the same throughout production (I was looking up type s manual):
MD184303-Inlet valve stem seal
MD302338-Exhaust valve stem seal
