Vibration/Rumble After New Gearbox Installed.......

Hi,

I have a bad vibration/rumble in the whole car after i got a new gearbox installed.
I have spoken the the mechanic that did it and checked it out and said maybe the crossmember is bent from being jacked up on it. does that make sense ?
Because hopefully tomorrow im taking my car back with my spare crossmemeber to see if that's the problem.

But it actually feels like its the exhaust touching the body somewhere, could it have moved a little once installed the new gearbox ?

Its nothing to do with steering thats fine, when i start the car you actually feel it straight away and when driving especially when giving it abit of gas it vibrate's, its giving me a headache.

Could it be something else ? all engine mounts were changed with genuine.

What about the box mounts, also do you have Cusco underbody braces?

Box mounts ? if you mean the engine mounts all those 3 where changed with brand new genuine when gearbox was put in, and i dont have a underbody brace.
