Yeah, well done - that's great! I've had multiple of these flopping around and it's been on my to do list for I can't even remember how long.
The vents come out of the surrounds with a bit of careful'ing. lol Just press/squeeze fit.
The bushings however, come out in pieces.
Happy to share the stl file for anybody that has access to a 3d printer.
