Wheel fitments

New to the Galant/Legnum world, just bought a '98 Galant Vr4 Manual (EC5A) a couple days ago, and been doing some research to find what wheels I can fit onto the car; would appreciate any help regarding specs for size rims and wheels; that will be able to clear stock rotors.

Have been looking at:

SSR Professor MS3 18x7 +37
PROFESSOR MS3-187411437793S​

From what I have read, they should fit - but would appreciate any help regarding fitment specs etc.

They will fit over stock brakes but it is worth considering brembo clearance should you ever want to go that way - which these won't clear.

is your best bet, if it has more clearance than the stock wheel, you are fine.

Okay makes sense, would you happen to know of any deep dish style rims that meet the requirements to be fitted on the galant? (With brembo brakes/ and without brembo brakes).

No brembos are very dependent on spoke design so all you can do is test fit.

It is worth noting the VR4 has very small studs and you should not run ANY spacer without extended studs.
