Just a quick summary of DBA Rotors that are available for our cars with stock brakes. As you're probably aware, part numbers for standard DBA rotors are DBA417 for the fronts and DBA429 on the rear. If you want slotted, add 'SL' and 'SR' (Slotted Left and Slotted Right) to the end of the part number, eg DBA417SL.
For those wanting premium 5000 series rotors, your part numbers will differ slightly. You can only get the front rotor size in 5000 series, and the basic part number is DBA5417.
However, these are available in a variety of colours, being Red (RED), Gold (GLD), Blue (BLU) and Black (BLK). So you add the colour to the part number, making it DBA5417RED for example.
Next you need to add SL for left slotted, and SR for right slotted, giving you DBA5417REDSL, for example.
Your final option is their XS cross drilled rotors, which are made-to-order. To get these, your part number is XS at the end, instead of SL or SR.
If you want mid-range 4000 series you can just change the leading 5 to a 4, making your part number DBA4417REDSL for example.
DBA were unable to give me pricing as you need to go through a brake workshop to buy them. Anyone work for one and want to chase up pricing for us?
Just for clarification, the DBA site doesn't list the colour options that were explained to me on the phone. However from our conversation it sounded like DBA can made-to-order just about any combination within their range even if its not usually supplied in that configuration - it will just take time to get made and may cost slightly more.
