Well if u had coloured lights in there what's the point?? They won't work as fog lights and the fog lights are handy when your driving in fog lol.. Personal choice tho

no point and you're giving the cops an excuse to defect you without even trying.

Yellow fogs will have better penetration in crappy weather, and here in Vic they have exactly the same legality as plain white bulbs. Not sure about SA sorry.

PIAA Plasma Ion Crystal Yellow H3 are the go, if you can find them. Might have to order from overseas.

Of course, the other option is to convert to HIDs instead.

According to this pdf document from Transport SA, it says differently.

A front fog light must, when on:
• Project white or yellow light in front of the vehicle;
Same goes for daytime running lights too.

When on, a front daytime running light must show a white or yellow light visible from the front of the vehicle
and not use over 25 watts power.

Since we cant use them as foglamps here in SA anyway unless its foggy which has happened once this year where i live, I was thinking on nightshading mine slightly...
Make them kinda blend in with the headlights. hell if it doesnt work its easy to remove!
