CAPS help

Hi all, I have installed CAPS on my computer but for the life of me, I cannot get it to work. Is there anyone out there who has this working and willing to send me their Ph. number so they can talk me through it. I keep getting Hasp HL not installed error and it is driving me bonkers

Did you install CAPS or ASA?
