VIC Chasing AYC rear diff and some mechanical help on how to remove diff

Hey guys I'm new to the vr4 scene and let me say I absolutely love the legnum vr4 .
Unfortunately I launched it to hard and now my rear diff has been blown out lol.
Whats the easiest way to get that diff out and replaced with another?

The diff is relatively easy to remove. Unbolt the tail shaft, remove the driveshafts and unbolt it.
