Climate control - reverse engineering it

Has anyone here managed to reverse-engineer the air con unit?

I'm thinking of removing it and getting a CarPC to do the work instead.
There is a pinout for the harness in the EUDM Galant workshop manual, but if someone else has managed to work it out already then that saves me a TON of time

Might be worth checking on a Magna tech sheet as well. They use the same climate controller.
