Custom laser cut parts - what do we need for VR4s?

As I mentioned in the RPW dump pipe thread, I have access to a laser cutter and, more importantly, a laser cutter operator who is willing to make us some stuff. So, is there anything that you can think of that we should get made? Exhaust flanges and stuff are easy, but how about undertrays/bash plates? Cooling panels?

I honestly don't know, but thought I'd throw it out there. If there's anything you can think of post it up and I'll discuss it with him.

I reckon he could do that. Could probably etch/cut logos into it as well.

As long as I can get measurements, as my car doesn't run the COP so can't use mine as the guinea pig. But if Paul or someone else does up a design to clear the COP then yeah I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem.

what I would like is the a set of aluminum flanges for the plenum.. got some 'wicked' idea on it..

I dropped my engine cover to MEEK last week and he's gonba see what he can get made up.
(not to discourage you from making some Tim, competition and choice is good!)

How much would he charge for a few 3" 2 bolt flanges and maybe a couple of 2.5" 2 bolt flanges in stainless, maybe 8mm thick?

i have a mate that also works for a laser cutting mob. We laser cut a bunch of spacers to correct rear camber. If anyone wants some, we've got a heaps of them!
