Driving from Sydney to Adelaide. Suggestions needed.

No problem. Its a place I go every time I go to Adelaide. The beach is near by too

Changed our plans, will go through the Barossa on the way in, leave a few days after (28th) and head to Melbourne via the Great Ocean Road., before heading home on the 1st. We're ambitious, aren't we?

Changed a stuck open thermostat on the Camry yesterday and flushed the coolant. Hopefully all the air bubbles will be out by the time we go.
