Do you mean the DZ101's? 150+fitting sounds about right for them... I would put them at the same level as the Federal 595's.

They have always been considered a "budget" performance tyre over here, might be better than 595ss or the Nankang NS-2's but not by much. Prob closer to touring tyres than performance from what I have heard.

Man ive got Nankang NS2 on my XR5 and they are absolute shite. If these Direzzas are equal to them I will peak

I only paid $110 each for 595's (in this 17" size) and I have to say for a budget tyre I am more then impressed so far. My MAXXIS 205/65/R15's were the same price not long ago :/

Direzza dz101 are not the ones I have, mine are direzza star spec, comparable to ad08s etc. I think they are called a Z1, not a 101. Mine are the same compound as a dz03 semi as I understand it....

Yeah Star Spec Z1 is like the top one without going semi slick I think.

Federal 595 (SS not RSR) are terrible lol after some heat goes into them. Squeal squeal. Pretty linear loss of traction which is good, but I don't want loss of traction! I know you'll give them a fair beating Adam, let us know what you think!
