OK gents, I'm looking at some more sound deadening. My car apparently has some dynamat in the doors (haven't checked to confirm this mind you) but I'm considering some Dynamat in the roof.

I've heard getting the headliner down is super fiddly, but what I'm most interested in is whether it's going to help me out. Right now it sounds a bit buzzy up there and I'd like to solve that.

Thoughts?

Dropping the head liner is easy takes around 30minutes, I'm sure added the dynamat will help but to do your roof won't be cheap

I found about $180 for Dynamat Extreme. Seems pretty cheap to me.

Put a small smear of silicon on any plastic panels that touch each outer to stop them from rubbing

I've been thinking of putting a layer of sound deadening around the wheel well to cut out some exhaust noise. Has this worked for anyone?
