Hi all.

I am wanting to put some headrest lcd screens into my leggy only problem is I am not sure how to remove the rear cover of the front seats. I need to remove this to put wiring down through the seat cavity. It was easy in my lancer it had a zipper down each side to access it. Please help.

was XR6 Turbo, now wrx, should have been a VR4
never seen one, but it may be hand stitched in which case you'll need to unstitch it then stitch it back up once you've replaced it

I assume you haven't looked at a Legnum with leather seats. The cover I am referring to is a hard plastic piece, I worked out that the best way to remove it is to pull at the top and the tabs will bend and allow it to release. Once removed straighten them again and then put top in first then push bottom till it clicks in place. Easy enough when it is off so you can see how it all goes together.

some of the plastic do get brittle.. specially if the car's always outside under the sun..

i usually just pry it out LOL.. and usually it breaks the tabs or whatever you call it..
