Hey all...

Been on here a few days probing around so thought i'd better introduce myself...

Had an FTO for a while now, and done a few minor mods to it..

Looking into the possibility of AWD so thought this would be a good place to start...

Welcome Sam :) That's a fantastic looking FTO you've got there - I love the bonnet!

How come you've got different model rims on the back?
 
I like the wheels and the bonnet a lot. Do you have any more pics of them? What brand are the wheels?
 
I assume those are just centre-caps designed to make it look as though you have quick-release rims?
 
thats just the design of them... They just cover the wheel nuts...

They can be removed for a less clean look

Once she's finished we'll get some proper model shots... (proper = nudes... lol)
 
Motegi... not sure of the model, but could not find them in aus... had a mate get them in for me... i like them cause they're different... very light too

Dude no one said it because they didn't want to come across as being rude. There not that pretty to be honest.

Anyway its the car were interested in, not bad man I've seen your whip on CB.

Your AWD dream will cost you ~$10k as a conservative estimate.

Don't waste your time man cause your gonna be wasting a whole lotta money!

Nice car, just leave it FWD.
 
Be curious to see what you dug up :)

Keep the FTO as a FWD. The only person who'll appreciate the AWD is yourself and you know you're not going to recoup the $10k though!

i know the awd dream sam... i have a 2000 ce lancer and am currently building a 6a12 to go into it and am also wishing to awd it... so let me know what ya come up with as i will be verry interested,
