Hey Guys,

I've been on here for a while although not always active. I will be moving on due to someone trying to steal my car and damaging the vehicle too much to make it worth the insurance companies while, so it is written off.

Although less then ideal it means that i can spend a little more and get a new car, I'm looking at either a MY18 STI or a WZ Focus RS,still not sure which way i should go.

You mean LZ Focus? As in the 2016/17 model?
It's a mad car. I had one for 9 months. Could never do a short drive in it, though. I ended up putting 21,000ks on it!

And, of course, drift mode...

Buy it back from them I have a spare ignition barrel with assembly and key.

Did they actually drive it or just ruin the ignition?

ignition is easy swap if its just that

Yeah, that's an easy repair. Someone did the same to mine many years ago. Got a full ignition barrel/door look combo and new steering column shrouds for a few hundred dollars.

Will try and buy it back, but yes WZ RS or MY18 STI is a big jump! Wife will test drive them tomorrow and will hopefully put deposit on one.
