Hey all, new around here.

I have owned a 2001 vr4 galant for a few months now and I've been hunting around too see if anyone could fix the tear in my GPS screen. And maybe have it converted to English? But there seems to be no one in tassie who is able too.

Any help is much appreciated.

Hey mate. Looks like you have LCD bleeding which can't be fixed. You would need to have the screen replaced or swap it out for something else.
I also don't think you can convert it to english.. could be wrong

There is no way of changing the software in the MMCS to English. Many people have researched, and there is no way of doing it. I see you already have an aftermarket radio, so the MMCS is basically your airconditioner control.
