Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

I just thought I'd introduce myself. I've just bought myself a 1999 Galant VR4 from Iron Chef Imports. It's on it's way from Japan and hopefully I'll have the car on the road in the new year.

I'm looking forward to sharing my experiences with other Galant enthusiasts and maybe getting some decent advice when I break something. ;)

How'd you go with the exchange rate if you only just bought?
 
I don't know what was going through my head but I put in J-Spec instead of ICI. Perhaps a Freudian slip! Sorry Kristian.

In any case the car I bought is here.

What can I say? I am a sucker for a leather interior!

Even though you won't have your VR4 at the time, feel free to come along to the BBQ part of our Nav Run on the 15th Nov. Then you can meet some of the NSW people and get a closer look at some of the cars too.

Haley, it's a reasonable assumption to make that a car forum would be filled with guys.
