We have 1GB up and 1GB down... through R-NET. However being a University; I don't see anywhere near full bandwidth. I was told by the Network Admin we have a dark fiber up-link to the exchange.

yah that kinda sucks i was on a 4Mbit down connection on 2+ at my last place. A bit closer where i currently am, get about 18Mbit down and 2.5Mbit up.

Distance makes all the difference
