we got commemorative plates that would last for only a year, costing about 2.5-3.5k

had one on my cedia lancer before using my handle "batzun", vain hehehe. ;D

for personalized plates, one can only avail if one buys a brand new car afaik.

it costs about 25-40k, ouch on the pockets! :(

actually it's the first time i encountered hdr photography.
this friend of mine recently found out about it and he asked
if he could shoot my ride as a guinnea pig of sorts hehehe.

i was quite amazed by with the quality of HDR when i saw the pictures.
Happy that my ride came out looking so fine.:)

right timin and lucky that i got to be in the shoot hehehe.

i googled up HDR when i read your question and this is what i found.

HDR

The process/technique is known as High Dynamic Range processing or simply HDR.
HDR and Tone Mapping is a process which two or more differently exposed images
(normally one properly exposed, one underexposed by one stop, and one overexposed by one stop)
to produce a single image with much higher dynamic color range.

yup w/ the conversion paps, you can have 3 letters and 2 numbers w/ the new plate.

imagine if i added around 6K more,i can buy myself a bnew set of K-sport coilovers hehehe.

w/ the minimum wage here going for around 10K peseos, that's too much money for car plates.:(

I don't get it... German numberplates underneath the real numberplates - why would you do this? I'm glad I got rid of this huge thing...

i know it doesn't work for everybody but it's a novelty
practice here in Manila that if one wants a euro themed ride,
we add europlates,headlight washers,euro stickers,roofracks etc.

it's a way of refreshing the common look of Phdm cars to
Eudm,Jdm or Usdm counterparts,to give it a diffrent look.:)
