Heaps, there's a whole thread on it. With the plugs make sure you use a 0.8 gap plug and an iridium preferably, like an NGK BKR6EIX or 7EIX if you're winding up boost, they're available everywhere. Or better still get a set of Denso VK22 plugs that are a longer lasting plug.
