just a quick question... what do the iridiums cost over in oz?? mainly interested in the cost of the brk6iex (the vr4 iridium plug) thanks
they cost £40.00 for 6 from sparkplugs.co.uk but i don't know if they ship down under may be worth a call
I think you mean NGK Sparkplugs Using the part number you've supplied I've been unable to find a match, but I've got a guy from their distributors over here looking for me and I'll get back to you once I've heard from him
Checked the NGK Japan website - the correct part number is BKR6EIX. Trade price from Veales is $19.80, or $22.45 from Coventrys. I've enquired about the Max series (has a "-P" after the standard part number) but no one knows about them over here. Got someone chasing up info on the IRI series plugs as well.
IRIWAY7 is the recommended part number for the high performance IRI Series plug. They are available here from Coventrys for $36.70, or from Veales for $21.90 Oh and yes those prices are PER PLUG
0.8 is recommended by me an most peolpe here running a turbo car, as low as 0.6 depending on how much boost you want to run... i run 0.7 at 14-16psi on my vr4.... also using the bkr7iex instead of the 6, to help prevent detonation. so anyone interested in the the NGK iridiums for $105AU to you door for a set off 6 iridiums for you vr4?
Can you get the IRIWAY7 plugs, Carsten? And does anyone know the difference between IRIWAY7, 8 and 9? I was able to get the recommended plug, but not WHY out of the guy... EDIT: While we're on the topic, can you get NGK plug leads?
only plugs... and only ngk's oh and the number refers to heat range.... either a hotter or colder plug depending on number.
Super Cheap Auto have NGK Iridium/Platnum plugs for $16.99 atm I am sure they can order in the correct plugs... Umm, Not the IRIWAY7 plugs.... Well I dont think so anyhow...
