Only in Japan

How can you call this rice? These cars are unbelievably awesome. Not "only in Japan" for much longer either - I have plans to build a Galant in this style.

I'd kill for an 80s Soarer, Cresta, Mark II or Chaser to do up like this too...

lol how can some of those cars keep the parts on the car, and how do they pop the bonnet when the exhaust goes through it ?

i dont think thats a legnum in the outer lane at 4:08 looks more like a newer stagea doesnt it.

some of them dont look too bad, good for a laugh anyway.

Hey Tim you dont want a cordia do you its from the 80's :-), i have one sitting in my backyard that i want to get rid of lol

Anyone who thinks these cars aren't cool fails imports...

^^ Who knew a Sigma could look good?

That video kinda reminds me of what would be an equivalent of a holden and ford cruise, one where you'd see toranas, old monaros, ford GT's etc all cruising together here in Oz... This is just the japanese version with their own old school cars.

Unfortunately Derek, you do. :ROFLMAO:

It is OK though, if you look at them long enough you'll learn to love how hilarious and awesome they are. Here's another picture to help you. Maybe the coolest RX3 in the world.

Love the guy in the tiger costume hanging over the side of the car with the driver standing up while swinging a baseball bat over his head, It's just so bloody random! I mean seriously, WTF? lol

I could see some old como's done up in this style, they would almost be cool....

How do they park them? Some of them about 1.5m of extra "car"
