VIC Rebuild motor or swap

Hi guys have recently purchased a large anchor aka 1998 fl legnum auto trigger mauve with almost 200km that's got a list of major and minor problems requiring rebuilt. Do you think its worth rebuilding or just swap with low km motor what's cost of both options?

Spun bearing , lifters, cracked transfer case. There could be more but work is on hold at the moment.

Isn't jungle selling a motor? Or is it sold?

Not sure but if I don't get a reply from the original owner its getting returned to him and I'm taking what ever he bought with the money I payed. He agreed to return $2k of the money payed now is dodging me.
