Size of Legnum compared to other cars?

Hey guys,

Just wanting to know how big the Legnum is? Does it compare in size to a Magna Wagon or a Forrester or Stagea? Haven't seen one in person yet.

Does anyone have any photos of a Legnum next to a more common car such as a Magna Wagon or something?

Photos dont do much..you need to get out there and sus a few cars out and take a tape measure..
 
If I drive my Legnum soon, I'll get a couple of pics of it next to my daily TE sedan for ya.

But here's the figures:
Legnum - 4670 x 1740 x 1510 mm
'02 Forester - 4460 x 1735 x 1585 mm
TE Magna wagon - 4811 x 1785 x 1482 mm

Hmm...interesting, they looked heaps smaller than a Magna wagon to my eye :/
Still, like the above, go check one out in person. They're just right.
 
20cm isn't insignificant though. For instance the mazda 3 is 20cm shorter, and about same width and height.
 
We had a thread comparing different wagon dimensions somewhere here, it also had vt-vz falcoon wagon dimensions

cant find it though, might have been on the old forums....
 
Comparable in size to the 2nd gen Magna's (ie early to mid 90's)
 
Like above but I can add that if you're 5'10, they're JUST long anough to sleep in on the way to the snow :)
 
im 6'6 and have slept relatively comfortably in the back a couple of times
 
definitely smaller than a vs wagon, i had one and then jumped into a legnum, alot squishier sideways, not sure on length though.
its quite difficult to carefully get in back doors without hitting anything with your feet, and im only like 5'5.
and the boot is still big but yet another sacrifice compared to the size of the vs
 
The VS is longer also.... Commodore wagons were still LWB back then.
 
Put simply - shorter both height and length compared to a normal vy-vz wagon and tiny compared to a ve wagon lol.

Pity a legnum isnt as nimble as the 92-94 subaru liberty rs wagon.

what do you mean by nimble? not as quick?
