Sony Sat Nav and Zenrin Navisoft

Hi,

Would like to know which maps this software uses so I can try to locate
which software goes with my Sony sat nav system.

If there is someone who can tell which model this Sony is that would also help.

Mayby there is europe maps made for this system.

I have cd with Zenrin Navisoft - Super 10 and more stuff what I can't read
also year 2005 so it's not that old.

I already got remote for that satnav and it's model is RM-X85 if that helps someone to point model of the main unit.

It looks like Zenrin is Japan maps only. You'll need to find the model number of the actual head unit - it would be on the back of the unit, you'll need to remove the console surround and pull it out.

I had visited their japanese site but this link got me in their US/Canadian site where I found also Europe site http://www.zenrin-europe.com/

I will shoot my questions there.


And when Legnum is here I can sort out what that main unit is.

you may actually have some luck with yours as europe is maaped by several companies. zenrin being one of them. the only hang up you may hit will be region based. the eclipse units that are in japan are case in point. the AVN6000 is sold here but the AVN5500 is japan only - similar platform but no software for the jap version here in oz.
