Steering wheel bolt threaded

So went to change the steering wheel to the type s wheel... found one of the bolts comes out easy and the other is threaded pretty bad.

Any suggestions or is it a drill out job

There is two torq screws one on each side to remove the steering wheel , previous owner obviously tried as he gave me the steering wheel wheh i bought the car. Can take a pic

hes talking about the center of the steering wheel airbag / horn screws on either side by the sound of it

I certainly wouldn't be keen to be drilling them out of the airbag...
