Stock Exhaust Diameter Specs

Hi guys, tried searching extensively through the forum, and either I dont know how to search properly, or its not clearly listed anywhere, previously this would have gone in the stupid question thread (RIP)

Anyway, what are the stock diameters of the exhaust right through, all I ever see is people talking about their 2.5" or 3" upgrade, but no context about what it is upgraded from.
