Super VR4 Question

Whilst we seem to be pretty aware that there were only a run of about 800 Super VR4s, is there any data as to the following ? ;

How many were Legnums ?

How many were Galants ?

How many were silver ?

How many were red ?

Just a curiousity question that's been floating in my head for ages.....

No idea! Based on what I've seen around the place, I'd guess around 500-600 Legnums and 200-300 Galants.

Probably 1 in 10 of each of those were red, so 50-60 red legnums and 20-30 red galants.

Found a red Galant Super VR4 right here in QLD. Reckons it's only 35,000kms though. I find that hard to believe myself...

I met Alan (anphoto) while on my honeymoon (was allowed to thanks to my lovely wife hehe) & he's got a red Super VR4 & it was just love at first sight !!!!!!!!!!!

I'd kill for one (almost). Or just paint one but it wouldn't be the same hehe....

Difference is; 280ps, lower bodykit, carbon dash, purple glow high vis cluster, red carpet, recaro seats, momo steering wheel, fujisubo exhaust?, All I can think of.

260ps josh, same as series 1 auto, and a ralliart muffler, not fujitsubo.

chrome (apparently "titanium look") trim on the tailgate,colour coded headlights and a huge wing too

and yes, only silver or red.

and Ralliart suspension too (well mine has, don't know if it's standard on Super VR-4's )

its an option.
mine had the normal suspension, but i've put it coilovers anyway.

i did the get black/red floor mats though.

I'm not sure if the muffler is Ralliart ... I have the full SUper exhaust on mine and the muffler looked identical to my Series 2 muffler, the ralliart tip being the difference. There is no ralliart stamp under the muffler ... I wish it was ??
